At Infocare Tech Global, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development and digital solutions. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring clients to modify or cancel service engagements. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Service Engagement Cancellations
- Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email to info@infocaretechglobal.com.
- Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the agreed project start date for a full refund of any advance payments, minus administrative charges (if any).
- If cancellation is requested after the project has started, any completed work will be billed, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.
2. Project-Based Services
- Once a project milestone is approved and the next phase has begun, cancellation or reversal is not permitted for completed phases.
- For custom software, app, or web development, no refund will be issued for design, planning, or development work already completed.
3. Monthly Retainer or Subscription Services
- Cancellations for retainer or recurring services (e.g., maintenance, SEO, hosting) require 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be provided for mid-month or mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
5. Company Rights
Infocare Tech Global reserves the right to cancel service agreements at any time due to:
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Non-cooperation or communication breakdown
- Technical or operational constraints
In such cases, the client will be billed for completed work, and any applicable refund will be issued.
